Welcome to Campus Central (“the App”), on behalf of Jarvis Christian University (“JCU,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect
information gathered through the App.
By using Campus Central, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of
this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the App.

● Email Address: Used for authentication, account management, and important
notifications.

menus viewed).

We only collect information necessary to provide and improve the App’s core
functionalities—primarily showing the café menu and enabling user comments.

perform their services.

Campus Central is intended for students, faculty, and staff of Jarvis Christian University. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental or guardian
consent. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to
promptly delete it.

Depending on applicable laws (such as FERPA, CCPA, GDPR), you may have the right to:

● Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information if it is no longer required.

● FERPA Protections: Jarvis Christian University strives to comply with the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when handling student education records.
If any information collected via the App constitutes an “education record” under FERPA,
we will handle it in accordance with FERPA’s requirements.
● Requests: If you believe any of your rights under FERPA are implicated, please contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. When
we make significant changes, we will notify you via the App or other appropriate means. The
Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last revised.
